The API Integrations step captures the systems SimZ should connect with, including CRMs, webhook destinations, and third-party services.

Integration types

Type	Use it for
CRM	Salesforce, HubSpot, custom CRMs, lead databases.
Webhook	Event delivery to your backend.
Third-party service	Scheduling, billing, messaging, or workflow platforms.

Provide only credentials needed for implementation. If possible, use test credentials first, then rotate or replace them for production launch.
