Plan data

Field	Meaning
Tier	`basic`, `business`, or `enterprise`.
Billing cycle	Monthly or annual where supported.
Base fee	Fixed subscription fee.
Per-minute rate	Usage rate for eligible call minutes.
Limits	Agent and concurrent call limits where configured.

Usage may include call count, billed minutes, usage cost, current billing period, and historical aggregation.
