Can marketing or operations review docs?

Yes. Fern supports a web editing and GitHub review workflow, so non-developer reviewers can inspect content before publishing.

Should I use Lead Receive API or webhooks?

Use Lead Receive API to send leads into SimZ. Use webhooks to receive events from SimZ.

Can I use HTTP webhook URLs?

No. Webhook URLs must use HTTPS.

Where do I find billing help?

Start with Billing pages, then open a support ticket with invoice ID or payment reference if needed.
