# API Integrations

The API Integrations step captures the systems SimZ should connect with, including CRMs, webhook destinations, and third-party services.

## Integration types

| Type                | Use it for                                             |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| CRM                 | Salesforce, HubSpot, custom CRMs, lead databases.      |
| Webhook             | Event delivery to your backend.                        |
| Third-party service | Scheduling, billing, messaging, or workflow platforms. |

## Security guidance

Provide only credentials needed for implementation. If possible, use test credentials first, then rotate or replace them for production launch.
