# Plans and Usage

> Understand SimZ subscription plans, usage, and billing period data.

Plans define subscription tier, billing cycle, limits, base fees, and per-minute usage rates. Usage pages show current and historical activity.

## Plan data

| Field           | Meaning                                            |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Tier            | `basic`, `business`, or `enterprise`.              |
| Billing cycle   | Monthly or annual where supported.                 |
| Base fee        | Fixed subscription fee.                            |
| Per-minute rate | Usage rate for eligible call minutes.              |
| Limits          | Agent and concurrent call limits where configured. |

## Usage data

Usage may include call count, billed minutes, usage cost, current billing period, and historical aggregation.
