## Login issues

Confirm the company UID format, request a fresh code, and check the email address associated with your company.

## Lead submission issues

Check `X-Company-API-Key`, agent ID, phone number format, request body shape, and rate limits.

## Webhook issues

Confirm the endpoint uses HTTPS, returns `2xx`, verifies the raw body signature, and does not take longer than the configured timeout.

## Billing issues

Check payment method status, credit balance, invoice ID, and promo code eligibility before contacting support.
