# File Uploads

> Upload the documents SimZ should use during setup and review.

File Uploads are used for scripts, SOPs, training references, policy documents, call examples, FAQs, and other implementation materials.

## Recommended files

| File type  | Examples                                                |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Scripts    | Call scripts, opening lines, objection handling.        |
| Knowledge  | FAQs, service descriptions, pricing sheets.             |
| Operations | SOPs, escalation rules, scheduling procedures.          |
| Compliance | Required disclaimers, opt-out policy, consent language. |

## Best practices

* Use clear filenames.
* Remove duplicate or outdated versions.
* Keep sensitive data to the minimum needed for implementation.
* Add notes in Company Context when a file requires special interpretation.
